Return Policy

This Return Policy outlines the conditions under which returns and refunds may be requested for digital products purchased from Purifysieve through purifysieve.world.

1. Digital Products

All products sold on this website are digital guides and resources delivered electronically via email. No physical goods are shipped. Because digital content can be accessed immediately upon delivery, special return conditions apply as described below.

2. Right of Withdrawal (EU Consumers)

Under European consumer protection law, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason. However, for digital content not supplied on a tangible medium, this right of withdrawal expires once:

  • You have expressly consented to immediate delivery before the withdrawal period ends, and
  • You have acknowledged that you lose your right of withdrawal upon delivery

At the time of purchase, you will be asked to confirm both conditions before the download link is sent.

3. Refund Eligibility

We may offer a refund under the following circumstances:

  • The digital product was not delivered within 48 hours of confirmed payment
  • The file received is corrupted or cannot be opened, and a replacement cannot be provided
  • You were charged incorrectly or charged twice for the same product
  • You cancel before accessing the download link, within the 14-day withdrawal period

4. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are generally not available when:

  • The digital product has been successfully downloaded or accessed
  • You changed your mind after receiving and opening the content
  • The content did not meet personal expectations but was delivered as described

5. How to Request a Return or Refund

To request a refund, contact us within the applicable timeframe with the following information:

  • Your full name and email address used for purchase
  • Order date and product name
  • Reason for the refund request

6. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 14 business days. The time for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

If you experience technical issues with a digital product, contact us before requesting a refund. We will attempt to resolve the issue by providing a replacement file or alternative format when possible.
